Get Paid for Your TikTok Videos: 11 TikTok Monetization Tools You Need to Check Out
TikTok has become a hub for creative expression, with users sharing everything from dance routines to cooking tips.
As it continues to grow in popularity, more and more creators are looking for ways to monetize their content.
Fortunately, TikTok has introduced different ways for creators to earn money from their videos.
Today we’ll discuss how to monetize on TikTok and explain nine programs (with requirements and eligibility criteria) you can benefit from.
1. TikTok Series
On March 7, 2023, TikTok announced a new feature called "TikTok Series" which offers a way for creators to earn money from their content.
With Series, eligible creators can create collections of videos and make them available for purchase behind a paywall.
Users who want to see Series videos must pay to access them using in-video links or the creator’s profile.
One Series can have a maximum of 80 videos, each up to 20 minutes long, offering viewers a new, longer format to enjoy.
And the best part is creators have the freedom to set their price!
Who is Eligible for TikTok Series?
TikTok Series is part of a growing range of monetization solutions under the Creativity Program Beta.
At present, Series is exclusively accessible to certain creators.
Since it’s still in its initial phase, TikTok will keep tabs on any feedback, and may introduce some changes to the program.
2. TikTok Creator Fund
The TikTok Creator Fund is an initiative introduced in 2021 to reward ‘best and brightest’ content creators for their work on the platform.
Once a creator is approved for the Creator Fund, they will receive a payment for each video they post that meets the requirements.

How Much Can You Earn Through TikTok Creator Fund?
The amount of the payment will vary depending on a number of factors, such as the creator's engagement rate and the overall performance of their videos.
Top influencers have reported that TikTok compensates them with $0.02 to $0.04 for every 1,000 views.
Are you Eligible to Join TikTok Creator Fund?
You need to meet some initial eligibility criteria to apply.
If you’re based in US, UK, Germany, Italy, France, or Spain, at least 18 years old, have a minimum of 10K followers, received over 100K ‘authentic’ video views in the previous 30 days, and are posting original content that adheres to TikTok’s Community Guidelines, you can sign up for this program.

3. TikTok Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate marketing is a way for creators and influencers to earn money by promoting products through their TikTok content.
Essentially, you would partner with a brand and create content that showcases their product or service. If someone clicks on your unique affiliate link and makes a purchase, you earn a commission.
There are two main methods for promoting affiliate links on TikTok. The first is to participate in TikTok's own native affiliate program, while the second is to promote affiliate links independently.
Since the native affiliate program is country-specific, going on your own can be a great idea because anyone can do this!
